Description
Commonly known as Masonite, hardboard is produced from timber which is first reduced to ligno-cellulose fibres. It is then wet-felted and hot pressed to form sheets. No synthetic resins are added, as the process relies on the natural resins present in the timber to bond the panels together.
Hardboard is a cost effective product that provides the user with an extraordinary wide range of potential applications, such as cupboard backers, bottoms of drawers and packaging.
A range of coated hardboard products are available to choose from. From Standard White panels, ideal for the backers of kitchen carcasses, to coloured backers used to enhance the effect of exposed carcasses. This range is cost-effective, versatile, and provide easy to use panels.
